These DECADENT brownies are a total win! Perfect for fall, but honestly, you'll want them year-round because theyโ€™re: โœ”๏ธ Low-carb โœ”๏ธ Pro-teinย โœ”๏ธ Macro-friendly

BROWNIE BATTER

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops @OptionBlend PURE collagen ๐Ÿ’ช
  • 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, whatever you like!)
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder ๐Ÿซ
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice (of course) ๐Ÿ‚
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree ๐ŸŽƒ
  • 2 large eggs (room temp is key for texture)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter, melted ๐Ÿงˆ
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional but highly recommended) ๐Ÿซ

FROSTING

  • ยพ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 5 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk ๐Ÿฅ›
  • 1 ยฝ tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat that oven to 350ยฐF and line a baking tin with parchment paper (so easy to clean up)!
  2. Mix your dry ingredients in one bowl.
  3. Stir in the wet ingredients (fork or blender, your choice).
  4. Pour the mix into your tin and smooth it out.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking with a knife. They might seem soft but will firm up as they cool!
  6. Once cooled, drizzle that frosting on top for extra indulgence! ๐Ÿ˜
