BROWNIE BATTER
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 scoops @OptionBlend PURE collagen ๐ช
- 1/3 cup granulated sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, whatever you like!)
- 1/2 cup cacao powder ๐ซ
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice (of course) ๐
- 1 cup pumpkin puree ๐
- 2 large eggs (room temp is key for texture)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter, melted ๐ง
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional but highly recommended) ๐ซ
FROSTING
- ยพ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 5 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk ๐ฅ
- 1 ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat that oven to 350ยฐF and line a baking tin with parchment paper (so easy to clean up)!
- Mix your dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Stir in the wet ingredients (fork or blender, your choice).
- Pour the mix into your tin and smooth it out.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking with a knife. They might seem soft but will firm up as they cool!
