A rich chocolate-covered protein bite packed with collagen protein, healthy fats, and creatine to support recovery between workouts. These no-bake bites satisfy your sweet tooth while delivering meaningful nutrition in every serving.
Makes: 12 bites | Time: 20 minutes (plus chilling time)
Ingredients
- ½ cup drippy unsweetened almond butter
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup PURE+ Collagen + Creatine (18g protein + 5g creatine per serving)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp coconut oil
- Chopped roasted peanuts, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, vanilla, sea salt, and PURE+ Collagen + Creatine. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion into 12 equal balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled protein bite into the melted chocolate. Return to the parchment paper and immediately sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Refrigerate for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for longer storage.
Recipe tip: Keep these chilled for the best texture. They're an ideal post-workout snack or an easy grab-and-go option when you need protein without mixing a shake.
