Ingredients

  • 3 eggs 🥚
  • ½ cup maple syrup 🍁
  • ⅙ cup honey (about 2 tbsp) 🍯
  • ⅙ cup melted coconut oil 🥥
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 apple, diced 🍏
  • Chopped walnuts, for topping
  • 54 grams PURE collagen protein

Instructions
